Trowels

- Ride-On Trowels
Ride-On Power Trowels are available in two standard models. The HTN-28H-TCSL 28 HP twin pitch control and the HHN-34DVD-TCSL5 34 HP, the best finish machine available on the market.
- Hydrostatic Ride-On Power Trowels
Hydrostatic Ride-On Power Trowels are available in two standard models. The HTX-445-5 45" NOL Riding Trowel and the STX-55J-6 55 HP John Deere Turbo Diesel, Twin 60" Hydraulic. The HTH Models are hydrostatic 2-in-1 heavy duty models. These models include heavy duty gear boxes with shaft driven cooling fans and heavy duty spider assemblies. 0 to 155 RPM rotor speeds.
- Walk-Behind Power Trowels
Walk-behind trowels are available in a variety of models, including heavy duty, high speed trowels. The HD-48 4-11H 11 HP, Honda GX-340, 48" (122cm) extra heavy duty operates between 80-160 RPM blade speed. The C-4-2H 2.5 HP, Honda G100K2QA includes quick-pitch handles. The J-4-5H 5.5HP, Honda GX-160 and B-4-8H 8HP, Honda GX-240 come with 4 blades. Available options include QPH-JB QuickPitch handle in place of standard handle for JB HP units (add-on) and QPH-HD QuickPitch handle in place of standard handle for HD units (add-on).
- WACKER Walk-Behind Trowel CT36-5A
Dynamically balanced trowels (when blades are turning) offer nearly effortless operation. Optimum weight distribution reduces the lateral force from the trowel for reduced operator fatigue. Trowels feature a 30-degree blade pitch for better concrete burnishing. For maximum flexibility, engine type, trowel diameter and handle type can be selected to meet individual preferences or job site conditions. (Handle sold separately.) Guard ring features tubular framing for easy cleaning and maintenance.
- WACKER Walk-Behind Trowel CT48-8A

Concrete Vibrators
- MultiQuip Vibrator
Conventional concrete vibrators have noticeably reduced motor RPM and frequency as soon as they are placed in the concrete. MultiQuip's new Micon controller immediately senses potential resistance that could cause the vibrator to slow down; it then send more power to the head, insuring that the higher RPM and frequency are maintained throughout the vibrating process. The VC-1A Controller powers one VH-32, 42 or 52 vibrator VH-52-4M 2" head diameter, 13.1 foot hose and 65 foot cord.

Screeds
- Somero® CopperHead™ Laser Screed
The Somero CopperHead™ Laser Screed works by using the same basic laser control system as the "big" laser screeds. Some of the electronic components are different, but the key principle remains the same.
The CopperHead™ itself differs from other laser screeds in some very unique ways.
Floating vs. Fixed: Instead of working from a fixed base of stabilizers, a fixed boom, and reaching "down" to the concrete, the CopperHead™ vibrating plate actually "floats" on the surface of the concrete. In order to hold grade over the uneven sub-grade that represents the placement area, the wheels are designed to move separately from the screed head.
- The pivot-attachment isolates the movements of the lower and upper frame
- The laser control system allows the plow to continually cut the concrete to grade even with variations in sub-grade
- The vibrator plate rests on and is actually stabilized by the concrete (i.e. it "floats" on grade!)

Concrete Saws
Jobsite Supply features Soff-Cut International, Inc. concrete saws. With the Soff-Cut system, sawing of control joints occurs in the Green Zone - within the first hour or two after finishing, as opposed to conventional sawing after final set. Soff-Cut provides the best solution in the prevention of random cracks.

The — 4024848 Phoenix Guardian HEPA Air Scrubber removes virtually ALL hazardous air particles. The variable flow exhaust ventilator controls the spread of contamination and the powerful fresh air dryer handles 1,450 CFM and up to 7 gallons per hour. An optional absorption filter removes a wide range of odors and chemicals.

- Buffer - EDCO Dyma-Serts
Dyma-Serts are used to grind concrete and most masonry surfaces and remove epoxy, urethane, polymer enhanced surfaces, glue, thinsets, mastics, brick, grout and paint. Dyma-Serts grind the concrete leaving very fine scratches on the floor. These scratches in most cases act as an adhesion factor for most roll-on or spray type epoxy coatings, paint or sealers.
Dyma-Serts are diamond segments attached to a steel backing plate. The backing plate snaps into a holding case with rubber backing inserted into the case. Dyma-Serts can be used wet or dry, and are many times faster than stones. Dyma-Serts will last up to 30,000 square feet removing 1/32" of concrete surface. Dyma-Serts are considered medium grit; the raking is 30 grit.
- Compactors by Mikasa
The MVC-77H Mikasa Compactor has 3,350 lbs. of impact. The MVC-77H features a 5.5HP Honda GX160QX, 17" x 22.4" plate and water tank. The MVC-90H compactor has 3,350 lbs. of impact. The MVC-90H features a 535HP Honda GX160QX, 19.6" x 22" plate and water tank.
- Curb Builder - Miller MC 550
The MC 550 Curb Builder has nine (9) 8" x 2" hard rubber wheels and weighs 760 lbs. Available in 6" solid or hollow augers. Optional 5" and 6" augers are made of cast white iron; 8" and 10" augers are made of hard-faced steel. Choose from a 15HP Kohler or 13HP Honda recoil start engine.
